Strength Room
Our entire line of Paramount strength equipment is designed and built specifically for women. The Cybex Functional Trainer is the only one of its kind in the area. Our strength room also houses chrome dumbbells, benches, and more. We are also thrilled to have a unique stretching machine, which can be used to perform hundreds of stretches. Our strength room has a large variety of weight equipment which includes:

- Horizontal Leg Curl
- Inner and Outer Thigh

*Upon membership sign-up you are allotted a free machine orientation that will allow you to meet with a personal trainer whom will demonstrate how to use each piece of equipment in our strength room.
