Our cardiovascular room offers 9 Treadmills, 5 Ellipticals, 3 Recumbent Bicycles and 2 Stairmaster/Free Climber, all of which are state of the art. For your convenience, televisions and remotes are on all of our cardio equipment, allowing you to watch your favorite show while you workout. Just plug your headset into the adapter and enjoy your individual viewing and listening pleasure.
