I have trained clients since the mid 80’s. I have experience working with athletes and non-athletes; young and old; special needs individuals to those with no limitations.

I can train and advise the individual on functional (i.e. sports, athletic, work and/or daily activity) improvement, body composition improvement, strength (maximum and endurance) improvement, cardiovascular improvement, flexibility improvement, agility improvement, and range of motion improvement.

  • Private Personal Training Session and/or Individual Workout Advisement $50.00
  • Semi-private Personal Training Session $25.00
  • 10 Semi-private Personal Training Sessions $175.00(must be used in a 6 week period)
  • Body Composition Evaluation $45.00 (3 independent measurement sessions)
